Essential Webmaster tools (other than Drupal)

Drupal gives you a great engine for building websites, but it takes a chest of utilities and help apps to manage the components. In this tutorial, I review many of the tools I have found helpful over the years. But wait there's more!

A few years ago I wanted to go all portable. That's the way I roll. I wanted a way of working with my webmaster tools no matter where I was or what computer I was on. So I created a suite of portable apps for web development. In this video we take a look at them.

I also packaged the suite into the downloadable Webmaster Tools Kit.

PS: To keep the download light, I removed the heaver apps that I use in my actual webmaster tools suite, e.g. Eclipse, XAMPP, GIMP, Open Office. If people are interested let me know and I could post a full portable suite.
