LevelTen (“we”, “us”) operates getlevelten.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Information you send us
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use it to reply to you and, if we start working together, to keep a record of the conversation. Form submissions are stored in this site’s database and emailed to us.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, what device and browser they use, and how they arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and does not store full IP addresses. We do not use Google Signals, advertising features, or remarketing. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Pantheon, keeps standard web server logs that include IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps, and browser information. We use these only to operate and secure the site.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We do not run advertising on this site and do not share data with advertising networks.
- We do not use your contact-form message to train AI models.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Who else handles your data
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, each under its own privacy terms: Pantheon (hosting), Google (analytics), and our email delivery provider (sending form notifications and replies). We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions are kept for up to two years unless you become a client, in which case they become part of our project records. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months. Server logs are kept by the host for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you by emailing info@getlevelten.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights, such as the EU, the UK, or California, we honor those rights on request.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets for visitors are the Google Analytics cookies described above. If you log in to the site as an administrator, WordPress sets cookies to keep you signed in.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the page itself.
