Collaborative software is an application written for many users to access the same information with equal priority. A [[wiki]], for example, is a popular example of such software. While our knowledge base is maintained by relatively few people, some wikis, like [[http://www.wikipedia.org|Wikipedia]] is maintained by thousands of users daily and is a massive collaborative achievement.
