Crowdsourcing

Crowdsourcing

Crowdsourcing is similar to outsourcing jobs, except that the pool consists of undefined online communities. Companies will generally present a problem to such a community, who will then respond in an open-call fashion and present possible solutions. Together, the crowd will work together and submit the best solutions and is later rewarded by the company.
