To download Webmaster Tools Kit, click the downloads archive file link that matches your version and operating system. Once the files downloads, uncompress the archive onto your desktop, thumb drive, Drop Box or other appropriate location.
You can launch applications from directly from there exe file or launch PStart for a convenient tray tool to access all apps. You can find and install more portable applications at portableapps.com.
Uncompress the archive and launch the app from their location. Note, applications in the Mac version are different than those shown on the WTK overview page. There are similar apps for FTP, browsers, image editing, and IRC. You can find additional Mac portable apps at freesmug.org.
