LevelTen Seminar Series Finale!

LevelTen Seminar Series Finale!

On Tuesday, December 4, Tom McCracken, president of LevelTen, concluded his three-part series lecture on Synergy Online Marketing. This final installment of the seminars was held at the Iron Cactus in Downtown Dallas with a beautiful view of the festive Pegasus Plaza. "Process of Illumination," enlightened attendees on the process of Synergy Online Marketing by showing how to implement a successful plan. Tom educated us on the planning for marketing through audience, competative, and keyword analysis, as well as site audits and marketing mix. Other important factors in planning are budgets and goals - proper preparedness can increase your likeliness to have a larger return on your investment. Seminar 3 Another great point is performance measurements. You have to be able to know how well your plan is paying off, and Tom shows us a SMART way to do this. The SMART objectives are:
  • Specific
  • Measurable
  • Attainable
  • Realistic
  • Time Bound
Furthermore, if you would like to make your objectives SMART-ER, you would just measure your Equates to Returns. After you outline your objectives, Tom explained that you would need to perform event and site scoring. And lastly, capital planning for your site and all objectives through the SOM methods. This is a way to understand and measure your total growth (or synergy) through monitoring results. We will continue to educate on these vital methods in creating synergy for your web site. If you were unable to attend this particular event, you can download presentation slides from this seminar, as well as the first two, below. For more information on our seminars, or if you would like to be invited to our next one, please email us at seminars@leveltendesign.com. We look forward to hearing from you!
