New Kimbell Microsite Leaves a Lasting Impression

Dallas, TX March 8, 2012 - After completing the microsite representing Caravaggio and His Followers in Rome, LevelTen designed a customizable interface for the next Kimbell exhibit, The Age of Impressionism. From this template, the Kimbell team was able to build the site using a backend interface that was created to easily organize fields and content. The site itself serves as homage to the works of Renoir, Monet, Degas, and Manet, as well as other French Impressionists featured in the collection. The 73 paintings in the exhibition are touring for the first time outside of the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, Massachusetts, and visiting the Kimbell as their sole American venue from March 11 to June 17, 2012. About The Kimbell The Kimbell is a world renowned art museum located in Fort Worth, Texas. Designed by Louis Kahn and opened in 1972, the classic modern building is a mecca of both art and architecture, and the home to masterpieces ranging from ancient to modern times.
