End user needs analysis

The End-User Needs Analysis defines the web site requirements and expectations from the customer or audience's perspective. The first step in user needs analysis is to identify and categorize who your target customers are. Potential users can include people who use your products, purchase decision makers, employees (internal customers), potential employees, vendors, strategic partners, etc. For each customer demographic a list of specific needs must be defined via company input, [[primary research|primary]] and [[secondary research|secondary]] research.
