We use this in conjunction with an Agile approach called Scrum to provide the greatest return on your investment. The Agile approach means communicating early and often. We do this by using short, two-week cycles called sprints that include designing, building, and testing. And not only do we start and end the two-week cycle with communication, but we also have daily internal Scrum meetings to keep the project on task and on deadline. These are brief—lasting about 15 minutes—but they allow us to review user stories for your project and determine what tasks need to be done, any impediments, what tasks are in progress, and what tasks are already done. This daily review helps ensure that our team stays on task and your project stays on deadline.
