Project Coordinator

A project coordinator (pc) is like an account manager (am), on speed the pc is responsible for coordinating all of the tasks and talent across multiple projects. The pc also handles any changes and or client requests concerns throughout the production phase of a project. All in all the pc operates in two capacities, acting as an assistant to multiple account managers and serving as a liaison between the production department and the business department. Responsibilities, responsibilities, responsibilities; some of them include- project task management, monitoring time spent on tasks, managing deadlines, deliverables, management documentation from clients, LevelTen deliverables, facilitating meeting’s agendas, note keeping, summaries, QA, client signoffs, facilitating meetings, post-mortems, client surveys, press releases, LevelTen portfolio secondary client contact, sales support, proposal writing, research, strategy assistance.
