Responsibilities: * Build / Architect Custom Drupal/PHP/MySQL applications * Site / Application architecture planning * Work with analyst on project specs and estimating * Develop quality solutions in a timely manner using Drupal and related technologies * Play a leading role within the development team * Oversee outsourced development work as necessary Technical Qualifications: * 5 years+ experience in web development using (x)HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery/Ajax * 3 years+ experience with Drupal * Drupal custom module development (Drupal API/hooks) * Drupal theming and Photoshop layout slicing * Basic LAMP server configuration * Knowledgeable in using version control (SVN) in a multi developer environment Lead Qualifications: * Strategic, big-picture thinking as well as attention to detail * Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently * Experience managing developers * Experience building and delivering web solutions in a consulting or agency environment * Detailed understanding of software development methodologies and industry best practice / standards as they apply to Drupal * Innovative yet pragmatic work approach with high energy and strong work ethic * Self-starter with a positive attitude Bonus Qualifications: * CiviCRM expertise * 3rd party APIs * Cloud and advanced hosting * SEO / online marketing * Mobile Apps What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits * Paid vacation time * A progressive agile environment * Challenging projects * Learning culture and continuous education * Opportunities to build your public reputation as an expert * Casual, open work environment
