Client Relationships Must be Grown

Client Relationships Must be Grown

Here lately with the economy in a slight down turn, we've started to get a little more creative as a sales team. With that in mind we've started to focus our attention on client relationships; how we can serve our clients better and how we can best foster current and new relationships to maximize our and our clients return.small_plant.jpg In that vein, I've taken on several new clients in the past few weeks that would generally be considered on the smaller side from a dollars perspective, but I've found that our expertise is so far beyond what they've experienced before that we can really start small by establishing trust and overtime, hopefully we'll have much larger opportunities with them in the future. As with any business LevelTen is here to make money, don't get me wrong, but at the end of the day doesn't it make sense to deliver as much value as possible to everyone large or small? I'm not implying that we, or any business for that matter, take on work where the client is not the right fit or the opportunity is not there; I'm simply stating that with every business venture both parties should look to establish trust early and if there are slight road bumps along the way, the trust in the relationship will help both parties come to an agreement. In summary, don't take any relationship that you have professionally or personally for granted no matter how small; with some work and investment your relationship will grow and so will your business.
