Part Two of the LevelTen Online Marketing Series: Blueprints for Online Marketing Success
Last week, LevelTen held our second installment of the Synergy Online Marketing series: Blueprints for Online Marketing Success. Tom McCracken, President of LevelTen, gave a remarkable presentation on the Architecture of Synergy Online Marketing. With the tagline, It takes more than just a website to have a big, successful online presence, Tom explained the importance of building your website from the bottom up with all important elements in the right places.
The presentation was a thorough overview of how to build your site in order to attain optimal traffic to your site. Some of the main points from Tom's presentation are as follows:
- Basic Brochureware Site: To introduce your company and sell your product
- Landing Pages: To sell on a specific request
- Goodwill Builders: To build customer loyalty
- Buzz Generators: Features that generate excitement for the site
- Buzz Enablers: Features that enable visitors to easily spread your message
- Conversion Mechanisms: Features that support various buy in points
In addition to these, Tom expressed the importance of Online Advertising and PR. Reputation Management is another vital part of your site architecture, as well as awareness referrals, peer, and authority recommendations. With these elements in place, along with a few additional and equally important features, your website will be on the right track to success because of its strong foundation from the beginning.
The seminar had another successful turnout and was held on the beautiful patio of Sambuca in Uptown Dallas.
