One Community to Rule Them All

If you're anything like me, you've been to events that required more effort to find information than it did to participate. You hear about the event on Twitter, follow the link to the LinkedIn or Facebook post about it, follow that next link to Meetup for registration details and RSVP information, then back to Facebook or LinkedIn for photos, discussions, and updates. So why not a one-stop shop? One ring to rule them all? That's exactly what we started thinking here at LevelTen Interactive. Then we thought, "do something about it." Introducing DFW Interact, an online community for Dallas/Ft. Worth interactive professionals. DFW Interact was built around one simple idea: bring together the best groups of like minds to share, learn, and keep up with what's going on. BEHOLD! dfwi.JPG About DFW Interact DFW Interact hosts a very tight-knit community and strives to connect everyone who is involved or would like to become involved. Networking is the name of the game and DFW Interact understands the importance of mixing it up with your peers. The possibilities are endless:
  • Group leaders are connected with members and have a FREE outlet to post events.
  • Group members have one place to view all upcoming events and happenings.
  • Events can be promoted via Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Miss an event? Group members can share notes, documents, and photos.
Get Involved All of us encourage you to get involved and get your group involved. Many groups are already listed on DFW Interact and just waiting to blossom under your supervision. If it's not, sign up and contact the team at contact@dfwinteract.com so we can get you set up. In this era, networking and communication rule the land. The more connected people become, the stronger the community is. There is strength in numbers. By the way, I apologize if any of this blog seems middle-earth-ish. Last weekend was my quarterly Lord of the Rings marathon.
