An Account Manager's Philosophy (or what I think it should be...)

As a passionate web designer/developer and project manager my responsibility with LevelTen lies in assuring attainable goals are determined and strategic objectives are created to reach those goals. My main area of focus is helping my clients achieve results above and beyond what they first imagined. Work Philosophy: As an expert in user interface design, interactive marketing and web site usability, I feel it is important to educate my clients on what it truly takes to create and maintain a successful website. The key components of any successful project are to understand the entire scope of the project, creating a sound strategy and concept, implement the design and development process, and measuring success through statistical data. I take great pride in helping clients achieve success and consider it a personal victory when my ideas and suggestions directly impact the success of my clients not to mention watching the campaigns we create out perform competitors time after time.
