AOL Beta a Yahoo Clone

Week after week, we find someone replicating our content, blogs, design, entire site and until today I had no idea that major online companies could be just as stupid. I've even posted that imitation is the greatest form of flattery, but AOL has taken it to a whole new level with their Beta site. It's laid out very nicely and a great deal of thought was put into exactly how to best position their content, what articles to feature and even where to use icons to compliment links. Take a look at how nicely the work has been polished, if you're so inclined visit the AOL Beta site and let them give you a guided tour. Now take a look at the current Yahoo homepage, notice the layout, the links, the content; oh wait a minute it's exactly the same as AOL Beta but Yahoo has been out there for quite some time. So that means that all the work AOL put into their site was carefully and completely done by Yahoo; i smell a cease and desist letter coming very soon. I know we hate it when someone posts a LevelTen ripoff; Yahoo probably does as well and has the cash to back up demanding changes.
